These Terms and Conditions apply to every purchase from www.lensmod.com (“LensMod”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund & Returns Policy and our Privacy Policy.
1. Our products
LensMod designs and makes adapters, camera bodies and accessories that let you use digital backs with medium format cameras and lenses. Most adapters are 3D-printed and finished by hand, so small marks or color differences between units are normal and do not affect function.
Converted vintage lenses are used items. Each one is sold with the condition grade shown on its product page. See Grades of the Modified Lenses for what each grade means.
2. Compatibility
Please check that a product fits your camera, lens and digital back before you order. Use the Find My Adapter tool and the Compatibility Chart, or contact us if you are not sure. We are happy to confirm compatibility before you buy.
Some setups need extra parts, such as a sync cable, a wake-up converter or a power source for the digital back. The product page and the Find My Adapter result list what is required.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. Sales tax is added at checkout where required by law.
If a price or product detail on our site is wrong, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund, even after you receive an order confirmation.
4. Orders
Your order confirmation email means we received your order. It is not a promise that the item is in stock. If we cannot fill your order, we will contact you and refund any payment in full.
5. Shipping
We ship from the USA. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Refund & Returns Policy for handling and delivery times.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
6. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges follow our Refund & Returns Policy. Please read it before you order, especially the section for international customers.
7. Use of our products
Install and use our products as shown in our manuals and guides. Take care when attaching or removing a digital back, lens or camera body. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, forcing parts together, modifying our products, or using them with equipment they are not listed for.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost images, lost business or damage to other equipment, except where the law does not allow this limit.
9. Trademarks
Phase One, Leaf, Hasselblad, Mamiya, Fujifilm, GFX and other brand names are trademarks of their owners. LensMod is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. We use these names only to describe compatibility.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
